Roasted What?!?!!?

Since we've been "South Beaching" our cooking has been pretty boring. However, we have discovered another easy yet pleasey taste sensation!

Roasted Cauliflower (discovered from www.braisinhussy.com)
Preheat oven to 475d
Toss cauliflower florets in olive oil, salt & pepper
Bake/roast in middle of oven for 15-20 minutes or until edges/tips of floret begins to caramelize.

If you don't like cauliflower I dare you to give this a try and not enjoy it. By cooking at high heat you retain some of the crunch of the cauliflower and the heat brings out the buttery goodness hidden deep within the cruciferous treat.

Oh, so you might get some gas - it's worth it.
